Confirmation retreat
On March Wed. 24Th 2010 the grade seven had a retreat before our confirmation that is on April 12Th What we done there is trying to get closer to God. They had a few plays/skits like to one if they weren't in the N.E.T. Ministry they would be a carpenter, a farmer, person that serves coffee on the plane or whatever they want. After they put us into small groups (the girls were in one group because we have less) They tell each other our names and what is your favourite (ex. dessert, food, game, hobbies, etc.) After we had prayer in Star War version (I really didn't like it at all...) Later that day (or after lunch) We played ship and everyone's It (it: tag) Just an hour before to go we had mass, but way before that we had confession, then we had mass. We had our last prayer and got this coupon that you can have a free download for the songs from the massive worship band! I hope the grade sixes will have a great time next year!!!

THE WHISPER OF GRADE SEVEN
Hey my name is Kristina :) and your name is Kim also you Monica. I am from grade seven and it will soon be your turn to be the leaders of this school. You'll be very excited of what is going to happen in grade seven and the expectation that Mr.D (Mr.Dotto)would like.
My first project was the marketing project (We did this in groups) In the project you can make a product or a business such as a restaurant or this business that Martyna, Isabel, Zach and Brendon did Instant Clean Super Maid. The second project is saint project. The saint project is your confirmation name and the project is on the laptop. The other projects are ancient city night, cooking show and iron chef.
The expectations that Mr. Dotto would like is that you must do your homework or else you will be on the board for the homework Grand Prix. (example: Stephen(2)) when they have a 2 or higher you lose at least 2 rolls! the other expectations are related to high school like rules. ^-^
We also have service hours (volunteering). We had to get at least 10 service hours. There was one at least that half of the class did at "The Door Is Open" (Also the other half did too) The first group went and I had to go, but I had to get my braces, so I went with the next group. When I went there we made Tuna sandwiches by hand (Mr.D told us to bring bread) They made soup as well, and I had to serve it (not really) BEWARE: THEY MIGHT SWEAR OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT! We also got 3 hrs of service, but our group got 2 1/2 because some people didn't listen!
There was also Sports Day (it's not service hours) But I think you know what to do! There is also a water fight and Spray Mr. Field (trust me!)
Have Fun next year!
TTFN (Ta Ta For Now!)
